Kettlebell V Twist
Lie down and hold a kettlebell with both hands at your chest (be careful not to bump your chin!). Sit up while also raising your feet and knees off the floor to about 45 degrees, leaving only your butt touching the floor. Rotate to almost touch the kettlebell to the floor behind you, keeping your core engaged. Repeat for the other side.
Kettlebell Stepback Lunge
Stand with feet shoulder width apart. Holding the kettlebell in your right hand, step back with the right foot and lower the left knee to just a few inches from the floor (don't touch your knee to the floor!). Hold the lunge position and pass the kettlebell between your legs to the other hand. Stand up and repeat with the opposite leg.
Kettlebell Floor Press
Lie on your back, holding a kettlebell and resting it on your forearm, resting your elbow on the floor. Lift the kettlebell up, fully extending your arm. Slowly lower the kettlebell back down to the starting position and repeat.
