JT Netterville, Head Coach of Orange Kettlebell Club, show us the Kettlebell Rack Carry. This is a great core movement designed for core strengthening. Start by cleaning both kettlebells up to the rack position. Stack the handles on top of each other when you are in the rack position and then sink your ribs to engage your abdominals. Then..... Take a walk!
Walk 30-50 feet in each direction or 45 seconds to a minute of total time with the bells in the rack position. Make sure the bells are loaded in the front of the body with the elbows tucked in and not on your shoulders.
Add this as part of other workouts you do to engage your core!
