Day 6 - Christmas Exercise Set 4
If you’ve followed our 12 Days of Kettlebells so far you should be feeling strong enough to pull Santa’s sleigh all by yourself!
We got another great workout lined up for you to ensure that Rudolph can have the day off!
On the 6th Day of Christmas, Kettlebells Kings gave to me:
- 10 Kettlebells Swings
- 10 Kettlebells Push Ups
- 10 Russian Twists
This routine will give your lower body a good workout and get those glutes and hamstrings working as well as your shoulders, upper back and obliques.
We want you to see how many you can get done in 10 minutes so remember to pace yourself carefully!
