This week, our guest Steve Cotter will take you through a 20 minute intro into the basics of kettlebell juggling.
After starting with a quick warmup, Steve will take you through several basic Kettlebell Juggling movements and variations. These variation will start very simple, and get more trick as the video progresses.
Here are some of the the movements Steve will demonstrate as the video progresses:
-Kettlebell Swings
Two hand juggles:
-2 handed swing flip and catch (Catch at bottom)
-2 handed flip and catch into a squat
-2 handed swing flip and catch (Catch by handle)
-2 handed swing forward flip and catch (Catch by handle)
-2 handed swing flip and catch (Catch by handle) (Forward and backward)
One hand juggles:
-Open palm clean (Same hand catch)
-Open palm clean (Cross catch)
-One arm swing and catch
-One arm swing and catch (Switching hands)
-One arm swing and catch (Forward flip)
-One arm swing and catch (Alternating forward and rear flip)
Horizontal juggling:
-One handed helicopter swing and catch (Horizontal spin)
-One handed helicopter swing and catch (Horizontal spin) (Switching hands)
-One handed helicopter swing and catch (Horizontal spin) (Switching hands) (Thumb up)
Bonus Variations:
-One arm swing and catch (Vertical handle)
-Open palm clean + squat
-One arm swing and catch (Static hand switch)
