The run-up to Christmas can be an unusual time of year for exercise when our regular workout routines need to fit around family events, socializing and all things festive.

It can also be a great time to finish the year strong, utilizing the short period we can find to get a workout done. Join MetCon Marcus for this effective and fun 10-minute follow-along Christmas-themed kettlebell workout.

The workout comprises two of the following five exercises:

  • Clean to press
  • Halo to bicep curls
  • Mountain climbers (over the kettlebell)
  • Clean to reverse lunge
  • Row to clean to squat

Workout format: 40 seconds on, 20 second off
