You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If an item is not damaged structurally and can be used as intended, customer is responsible for return shipping cost. If you ordered the wrong size or wish to exchange it, you are responsible for the shipping. We will do all we can do to help by getting you a discounted rate from our shipping provider compared to what you would normally pay which you can pay to us by invoice.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
IT'S FAST! All orders ship the same day if ordered before 5PM CST, Monday - Friday. Weekend orders ship out Monday. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless requested, we ship out of Austin, Texas which means the majority of customers receive their order in 3-5 business days. We can ship to any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you are outside of the lower 48 in the United States you can use the International Checkout button which you can view by clicking on your shopping cart then under the normal 'Proceed to Checkout' button. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply our free shipping policy to Alaska and Hawaii. We would love to, it is simply cost prohibitive because of the weight.
Unclaimed Returned Packages
We ship exclusively with UPS. If UPS does not leave a package at your location, they will attempt two more times for a total of three attempts. Each time they will leave a stickie note about the attempted delivery. After three deliveries, packages go to the closest UPS facility for up to 7 days. If not claimed after 7 days, UPS returns packages to us. If this happens and you still want your package, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back. If you decide you would rather have a refund, we will deduct our shipping cost from the refund. We will show you an invoice with our shipping cost. Bottom line, we definitely do not want to do this! So, if you see UPS notes on your door claim your package!
We do our absolute best to make sure you receive your kettlebell in perfect condition, by double boxing, wrapping and encasing kettlebells in styrofoam. Rest assured you will receive your kettlebell in perfect condition, if you do not we will replace it.
Damages to orders must be reported within 7 days of receiving. If you received the product damaged or defective we will replace it at no cost to you, we require images to verify.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS and APO / FPO ADDRESSES
Kettlebell Kings has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at firstname.lastname@example.org.
