At least one kettlebell. If you have multiple kettlebells use a lighter bell for higher reps and a heavier bell for lower reps. If you only have one kettlebell, in this plan we demonstrate how to increase tension or slow down reps to mimic heavier weights.

This is a great program

I’ve been having a kettlebell for ages, but I was no big fan. Then the COVID came and my gym got locked down. So, I get back to kettlebell, I had no technique, so I got backache. Then I start looking for some literature about the technique. The apps I had, didn’t really care about it. Books are okay, but it only gave me some knowledge, but almost no skills. Then I found Kettlebell Kings on Instagram and YouTube and I got like wow. You guys showed me not just the classic techniques but also the flows. So, I bought this 4 week program plu the Flow program and I am thinking about getting the certification.
I love this program, and I follow it. I printed out the schedule, and I do all my workouts, active recovery and rests as it says.
I feel stronger, I have a better endurance when running and cycling and I got better body posture.
This program is well balanced, if you don’t understand any of the moves, there are videos for every move and you can practice. I received also nutrition and hydration program with this, which is perfect.
To sum up, this is the program, which will help you to get in shape. It will teach you how to do everything properly, so you won’t hurt yourself. It’s a great investment of time and money, you’ll love the results

Get it! Totally worth it!

I am so happy I decided to add this program with my purchase. Everything is so well thought through. There is a movement library where at anytime you can check on a singular movement if you are not sure about performing it right. Also the whole workout is set with an timer, shows you which movement is coming up and which one was before. I feel safe as a beginner to train with this program and can't wait for other programs.

Fantastic Structure/Organization to classes

Wow, this is better than an in-person class. The program is fantastic. It walks you through each set/round of an entire exercise program (warm-up, cool-down, exercises, finisher). Everything is timed (including rests) and the rests show you previous and next exercises. As well, all of the exercise are in an on-line library linked with the day(s) you will be doing the exercises. So, you can review a days exercises, before or after a class.
