Great foundation

The fundamentals training and foundation course establishes a great introduction for kettlebelling. Personally I've been training with kettlebells for 6 years but only recently got my trainers certification. I know what kind of trainer I want to be and that involves more critical learning and details than I've picked up before now. There's so many first step moves in this training that I've never seen before, but are perfect for the sedintary clientele I have. I wasn't going to do the advanced course before this, but I just signed up for it.
