Kettlebell Origins: 4 Week Strength and Athleticism

This program is designed for those just getting started with kettlebells who want to learn some of the movements in order to burn fat! What you'll need: a few different sized kettlebells ranging from light (something you can press 10 times easily) and heavier (something you cannot get overhead easily)

How long is this program: this program will run for 4 weeks

How many workouts are there: You will perform 4 workouts a week with different focuses on each session.

What is Included:

  • Daily programming to participate in for 4 weeks to get the basic kettlebell movements down solid before moving on to other programs
  • Written daily protocol and workouts to follow
  • Demonstrations of each movement with detailed written and verbal cues about how to maximally perform
  • Interact with the master trainer in the questions and comments sections to get answers to your questions about the program or reaching your goals.
