We have added hours of full length workouts to our new training site Living.Fit (sample below)! Now, anytime you want to get a quick 10-25 minute workout in, you can log in to your account and pick a workout to follow along with. We are excited to provide these after tons of community requests over the last couple of years. Members of our Trainer Experience will receive their normal Weekly Workouts in this form as well as have access to hours of workouts to choose from at any time! Through out the workouts, our expert trainers provide verbal queues about the number of reps, how to make sure you have correct form and the best possible workout. Learn more here!
