Day 1 - Christmas Exercise Set 1 :

Who says you have to wait until the New Year to become a new you? At  Kettlebell Kings we think Christmas is the perfect time to start a new fitness regime or to take yours to the next level. So, without further ado… On the first day of Christmas,  Kettlebell Kings gave to me:

Don’t forget to choose a weight that you’re comfortable with and don’t push yourself too hard, perfecting your form is more important than lifting heavy weights. We recommend getting a full set of kettlebells so you can always find the right weight for the exercise you’re doing.
