12 Days of Kettlebells
Day 1 - Christmas Exercise Set 1 :
Who says you have to wait until the New Year to become a new you? At Kettlebell Kings we think Christmas is the perfect time to start a new fitness regime or to take yours to the next level. Our 12 Days of Kettlebells will get you Mistle-toned in no time so put down the Mince Pies and start toning those thighs!
So, without further ado… On the first day of Christmas, Kettlebell Kings gave to me:
- 20 Kettlebell Swings
- 15 Around the Body
- 10 Kettlebell Windmills
- 5 Goblet Squats
And a Partridge in a Pear Tree!

Don’t forget to choose a weight that you’re comfortable with and don’t push yourself too hard, perfecting your form is more important than lifting heavy weights. We recommend getting a full set of kettlebells so you can always find the right weight for the exercise you’re doing.
These exercises are the perfect start to any Kettlebells regime. Complete 5 rounds of these and you’ll be feeling fit and healthy while everyone else is putting on those Christmas pounds!
